I also want to highlight a very cool offer from the Office team - if you upgrade to Windows 10 and have Office 2010 or earlier, you can get a 50% discount on a one-year subscription to Office 365 Personal through the pre-installed Get Office app. ![]() Last night Terry Myerson posted on the Blogging Windows website the terms for the deal: Although the wait was a bit longer for Windows users, and Volume Licensing users will not be able to get it until October 1st, the company has put out a special offer to upgrade for very little cost, providing you have already upgraded to Windows 10 and own a copy of Office 2010 or earlier. Yesterday Microsoft finally released Office 2016 for Windows users, two months after Mac users had already been able to upgrade to it.
